We follow the policy of dynamic quality in the overall activity of the company, and are aware of our responsibility in developing not only successful but also socially responsible business, taking care of environmental protection and human health and safety. Our desire to win the trust of customers and all stakeholders is based not only on high quality, but also on the adopted environmental management policy based on the following principles:

• Strict observance of national laws and regulations on environmental protection
• Comprehensive and continuous assessment of the impact of the company's activity on the environment, carried out through monitoring, analysis, control and improvement of the use of natural resources, energy, raw materials and materials, emission generation and waste generation.
  
• Continuous improvement of the existing technological processes and introduction of new environmentally friendly processes, in order to reduce the adverse effects on the environment, while maintaining the high quality of the activities offered by the company and raising the company’s image от фирмата дейности и издигане имиджа на фирмата.
  

• Priority cooperation with suppliers who have implemented environmental management systems or comply with the basic principles of production leading to minimization of the harmful impact on the environmental balance of the planet.

• Continuous informing of all the staff about the policy, general and specific environmental objectives, significant aspects and clear defining of the related responsibilities and entitlements of each team member.

• Continuous increase of the personnel’s motivation, formation of company culture, training and qualification, improvement of the safe work conditions, awareness of the impact on the environment and the activity of each employee.

• Planning and undertaking measures to reduce the risk of accidents, emergencies and environmental pollution, as well as taking actions to eliminate the adverse impacts on the environment;

• Communicate our environmental management policy to our customers, suppliers, public and governmental organizations and other stakeholders.

• Everyone working in or for the company, within the scope of their  official competence, is obliged, with this regard, to eliminate directly or to inform, following the established order, about any non-compliance with the requirements of the environmental management system. VEI Group Ltd.’s management undertakes to immediately take appropriate measures to protect nature and human health.
